Y’all know I love smoothies. Can’t get enough of them. I love how I can make them ahead of time or first thing in the morning and have them ready to go for the day. When it’s time to have a snack or if I’m feeling a bit tired, I can just grab one of these babies and keep on about my day.

I had some extra butternut squash in the fridge and I thought “I bet that could work in my smoothie!” And y’all….I wasn’t wrong. 🙂 Trust me on this one.

- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 whole banana
- 4-5 frozen peach slices
- 4-5 frozen mango slices
- 1 cup of cooked butternut squash
- 1 individual non-dairy yogurt, vanilla
- 1.5 cups of unsweetened almond milk
- 2-3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
